Return Policy

Please use the Contact Form ASAP for any type of return or for any issues with your package. We cannot issue returns for "Buyer's Remorse" or for washed or worn items. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items/Wrong Item/Wrong Size - Any claims must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. We will make a new order once the returned item has been shipped, which will take the standard processing time of 7-10 business days.

Exchange for Different Size - Any claims must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. We can only exchange, not refund for size change. We will make a new order once the exchanged item has been shipped, which will take the standard processing time of 7-10 business days.

Lost in transit - All claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Please use the Contact Form ASAP if you believe your package is lost. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
