Clear shipping & delivery details for orders placed with Rest Day Style Apparel (U.S. customers).

Order processing time

We carefully inspect and prepare every order. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your package ships. Processing time includes payment verification, quality checks, and packing.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping within the United States

  • Standard Shipping (Economy): 7–12 business days after dispatch. Carrier: USPS/UPS Ground (varies by destination).
  • Expedited Shipping (5–7 day): 5–7 business days after dispatch. Carrier: UPS 2nd Day / USPS Priority Express depending on address.

Note: Shipping time estimates do not include the initial processing time (1–3 business days). Total delivery = processing time + carrier transit time.

Shipping costs & free shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping option you choose and your shipping address. We offer Free Standard Delivery on U.S. orders. (Customize this threshold to match your store.)

Promotions and free-shipping thresholds do not apply to expedited or overnight services unless otherwise stated.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@restdaystyle.com.

Change or cancel an order

We start processing orders quickly to get them to you fast. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@restdaystyle.com or via our live chat. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your package is lost or shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier. For damaged items, please keep the packaging and take photos of the damage. Email photos and your order number to support@restdaystyle.com.

We aim to resolve issues quickly replacements or refunds are assessed on a case by case basis following carrier investigation results.

For information about returns, exchanges, and refunds please visit our Returns & Exchanges page. In most cases, returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

International shipping (if applicable)

We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping times vary widely depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees assessed by the destination country these are the responsibility of the recipient.

P.O. boxes & APO/FPO addresses

We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS. For expedited or courier only options that do not deliver to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Holiday & high-volume periods

During major sale events and holiday seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing and transit times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to ensure on-time delivery.
