Our Commitment

At Rest Day Style Apparel, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help with a simple and transparent returns process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging whenever possible.

* Items that are worn, altered, or damaged due to customer handling may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments and lingerie
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" at checkout)
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for the same product if the requested size/color is in stock. Start your exchange request by contacting our support team before sending the item back.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@restdaystyle.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Ship the item(s) back using the return instructions provided.
  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs

For U.S. orders, we offer a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. A small return shipping fee of $5 may be deducted from your refund unless:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • You are exchanging for a different size or color (first exchange free).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

At this time, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@restdaystyle.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return instructions and shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Ship your item(s) back within 7 days of receiving the return label.
